All clients using mail services with the GO webmail inteface will have accounts moved to the newer phoenix.2skies.com dedicated mail server from 1 Januaray 2010. Access to webmail has changed.

Access to your web mail from 1 January 2010 will be at :

https://webmail.yourdomain.com/

The new webmail inteface is via the Horde mail application through PLESK, and accounts can be individually configured and managed for spam. There is virus checking on all accounts at the server level.

Clients who wish to have access to the PLESK based Admin Panel to manage their email accounts should contact us for their login via the 2skies.com help desk if they have not already received it.

If you have a Developer Account and would like private labelled access so you can provide email administration facilities to your clients under your own label, please let us know and we can convert your account.

We expect the transition to be smooth but should you encounter any problems, please contact us via the help desk.

Thank you,

Jo and Dan
